Let me introduce you to the fools who will be taking part in my games.

MIKE
ah, Mike. My little believer.

He’s kind, hopeful, and absolutely determined to save humanity. He seems like a genuinely good person... but there’s something he’s keeping to himself

ALICE
Oh, Alice...

A sweet girl with a rather unpleasant habit of pushing everyone away. She doesn’t trust people easily and prefers to keep her problems to herself.

She and Mike have... a history.

JAKE
And here we have Jake!

Mike’s best friend since childhood. Honest, straightforward, and probably far too tired for all of this.

He doesn’t believe in God, which is perfectly fine by me.

Well... it used to be.

BILL
Ah, Bill! Now THAT’S my kind of guy.

He’s cheerful, reckless, and doesn’t seem particularly bothered by the whole “humanity is about to die” situation.

He’s already got everything he ever wanted.

So why not have a little fun?
